Ingredients

For the Dough:

  • 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Activate Yeast:
    In a small bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Prepare Dough:
    In a large bowl, mix yeast mixture, melted butter, eggs, salt, and flour. Knead until smooth and elastic (about 5–7 minutes). Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  3. Prepare Filling:
    In a bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth. Stir in chopped strawberries and cinnamon.
  4. Roll & Fill:
    Roll dough into a rectangle (about 12×16 inches). Spread strawberry cheesecake filling evenly over dough.
  5. Form Rolls:
    Roll up dough tightly from long side. Cut into 12 equal rolls and place in a greased 9×13-inch baking pan. Cover and let rise 30 minutes.
  6. Bake:
    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake rolls 25–28 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly.
  7. Frost & Serve:
    Beat frosting ingredients until smooth. Spread over warm rolls and garnish with sliced strawberries. Serve immediately.
