Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2.25 tsp active dry yeast
  • 0.5 cup warm milk 110°F/43°C
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
Filling
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup strawberries finely chopped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
Frosting
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup sliced strawberries for garnish

Method
 

  1. Activate yeast in warm milk with sugar for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Mix yeast mixture, melted butter, eggs, salt, and flour to form dough. Knead 5–7 minutes. Cover and let rise 1 hour.
  3. Beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla for filling. Stir in chopped strawberries and cinnamon.
  4. Roll dough into 12x16-inch rectangle. Spread filling evenly over dough.
  5. Roll dough from long side and cut into 12 rolls. Place in greased 9x13-inch pan and let rise 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake 25–28 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Beat frosting ingredients until smooth. Frost rolls and garnish with sliced strawberries. Serve warm.

Notes

Perfect for brunch or dessert. Rolls can be stored and gently reheated before serving.
