Method
- Activate yeast in warm milk with sugar for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
- Mix yeast mixture, melted butter, eggs, salt, and flour to form dough. Knead 5–7 minutes. Cover and let rise 1 hour.
- Beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla for filling. Stir in chopped strawberries and cinnamon.
- Roll dough into 12x16-inch rectangle. Spread filling evenly over dough.
- Roll dough from long side and cut into 12 rolls. Place in greased 9x13-inch pan and let rise 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake 25–28 minutes until golden brown.
- Beat frosting ingredients until smooth. Frost rolls and garnish with sliced strawberries. Serve warm.
Notes
Perfect for brunch or dessert. Rolls can be stored and gently reheated before serving.
