  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or keto-friendly cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • optional seasonings garlic powder, smoked paprika, or herbs

  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Rolling pin or similar
  • Knife or pizza cutter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine shredded cheese and almond flour in a microwave-safe bowl. Add optional seasonings.
  3. Microwave 45–60 seconds until cheese softens. Stir into dough.
  4. Roll dough thin between two sheets of parchment paper.
  5. Cut dough into desired cracker shapes. Transfer with parchment to baking sheet.
  6. Bake 10–12 minutes until golden and crisp.
  7. Cool completely and serve. Store in airtight container up to 5 days.

Notes

Experiment with spices and seeds for flavor and texture variations. Thin rolling gives crunchier crackers.
