- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt mozzarella in microwave 30–45 seconds. Stir in almond flour and optional seasonings.
- Roll dough between parchment sheets to 1/8-inch thickness.
- Score dough into cracker shapes with knife or pizza cutter.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Cool completely, then break along scored lines. Store in airtight container.
