  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.75 cup almond flour
  • pinch salt or optional seasonings optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt mozzarella in microwave 30–45 seconds. Stir in almond flour and optional seasonings.
  3. Roll dough between parchment sheets to 1/8-inch thickness.
  4. Score dough into cracker shapes with knife or pizza cutter.
  5. Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  6. Cool completely, then break along scored lines. Store in airtight container.
