Ingredients
  

Pizza Base
  • 1 piece pizza dough or flatbread enough for one medium pizza
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce or alternative sauce
Cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Toppings
  • 2 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 egg scrambled or fried
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Prepare pizza base by rolling or flattening dough to desired size.
  3. Brush base lightly with olive oil and spread tomato sauce evenly.
  4. Layer shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the sauce.
  5. Add cooked bacon and scrambled or fried egg as toppings.
  6. Carefully place pizza in the air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry for 7–10 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  8. Garnish with chopped chives and serve immediately.

Notes

Use pre-cooked toppings for best results. Adjust cooking time based on dough thickness. Serve hot for optimal crispiness.
