  • 1 medium cauliflower cut into florets
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup cornstarch
  • 0.5 cup water plus more if needed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup hot sauce like Frank's RedHot
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • fresh parsley optional garnish
  • ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk flour, cornstarch, spices, and water into a smooth batter.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets in batter, letting excess drip off.
  4. Air fry in a single layer for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.
  5. Whisk hot sauce and melted butter together.
  6. Toss cooked cauliflower with buffalo sauce until coated.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve with ranch or blue cheese dip.

Notes

For extra crunch, sprinkle with panko breadcrumbs before air frying.
