Method
- Peel and slice potatoes into thin, even sticks (¼-inch thick).
- Soak in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss fries with olive oil, salt, and seasonings.
- Cook in batches for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with ketchup or dipping sauce.
Notes
For best results, cook fries in a single layer. Store leftovers in fridge and reheat in air fryer.
