Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 breasts chicken boneless, skinless
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Maple Glaze
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup pure
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes optional
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, paprika, chili flakes, and Dijon mustard.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Cook chicken for 6 minutes.
  4. Brush chicken with maple glaze, then cook for another 6–8 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Brush with remaining glaze and let rest 2–3 minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve hot with rice, roasted veggies, or salad.

Notes

For a thicker glaze, simmer it for 2 minutes before brushing onto chicken. Leftovers stay juicy for up to 3 days.
