Method
- Pat chicken breasts dry and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, paprika, chili flakes, and Dijon mustard.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Cook chicken for 6 minutes.
- Brush chicken with maple glaze, then cook for another 6–8 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Brush with remaining glaze and let rest 2–3 minutes before slicing.
- Serve hot with rice, roasted veggies, or salad.
Notes
For a thicker glaze, simmer it for 2 minutes before brushing onto chicken. Leftovers stay juicy for up to 3 days.
