Method
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out each biscuit or portion of pizza dough into a flat circle.
- Place 1 tbsp of marinara sauce, 1 tbsp shredded cheese, and a few pieces of toppings in the center of each dough circle.
- Fold dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal completely, forming a ball.
- Brush each pizza bomb with olive oil or melted butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Place pizza bombs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space for air circulation.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and puffed, turning halfway if needed.
- Remove carefully, let cool for 2 minutes, and serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with parmesan cheese or crushed red pepper. These can be prepared ahead of time and frozen; cook directly from frozen with a few extra minutes in the air fryer.
