- Prepare noodle filling and set aside.
- Soften rice paper slightly with damp towel.
- Fill and roll rice paper tightly.
- Preheat air fryer and lightly oil rolls.
- Air fry until golden and crispy, flipping once.
- Serve immediately with dipping sauce.
Notes
Best served fresh. Reheat briefly in air fryer to restore crispness.
