Ingredients
  

Rolls
  • 10 rice paper sheets
  • 3 oz rice vermicelli noodles cooked
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 scallions sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Mixing bowl
  • Damp towel

Method
 

  1. Prepare noodle filling and set aside.
  2. Soften rice paper slightly with damp towel.
  3. Fill and roll rice paper tightly.
  4. Preheat air fryer and lightly oil rolls.
  5. Air fry until golden and crispy, flipping once.
  6. Serve immediately with dipping sauce.

Notes

Best served fresh. Reheat briefly in air fryer to restore crispness.
