Method
- Press tofu for 15–20 minutes to remove moisture.
- Cut into 1-inch cubes.
- Mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss tofu cubes and marinate 10 minutes.
- Coat tofu with cornstarch evenly.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, cook a few minutes longer. Store leftovers in fridge and re-crisp in air fryer.
