Method
- Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
 - Melt chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth.
 - Stir in peanut butter until fully combined.
 - Gradually add powdered sugar to the mixture, stirring until smooth and slightly thickened.
 - Place one wafer sheet at the bottom of the prepared pan and spread a thin layer of the peanut chocolate mixture over it.
 - Repeat layering wafers and peanut chocolate mixture until all sheets are used, ending with a chocolate layer on top.
 - Sprinkle optional chopped peanuts or drizzle white chocolate over the top.
 - Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until the chocolate coating is firm.
 - Lift the layered wafers from the pan using parchment paper and slice into bars or rectangles.
 
Notes
Use fresh wafers to maintain crispness. A sharp knife or slightly warmed blade helps make clean slices. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
