Method
- Beat softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add chopped salami, olives, roasted red peppers, parsley, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Scoop mixture onto plastic wrap and shape into a log.
- Spread coating ingredients on a flat surface and roll the log over them until fully covered.
- Wrap tightly and refrigerate 1–2 hours.
- Serve chilled with crackers or crostini.
