Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into 12 equal squares.
- Place a cube of Brie and 1–2 apple slices in the center of each square.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with honey if desired.
- Fold corners over filling and pinch edges to seal.
- Brush tops with beaten egg.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
Serve warm for best texture. Can be prepped ahead and baked just before serving.
