Method
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat oil in skillet. Sear pork chops 3–4 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic to skillet, sauté until fragrant. Stir in apple butter, Dijon, and vinegar. Cook until smooth.
- Return pork chops to skillet, spoon glaze over them. Simmer until cooked through (145°F internal temp).
- Garnish with thyme and apple slices before serving.
Notes
Bone-in pork chops stay juicier than boneless. Let rest before slicing for best results.
