Slaw
  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage

Dressing
  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds optional

Method
 

  1. Combine cabbage, carrots, apples, and cranberries in a bowl.
  2. Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, salt, pepper, and poppy seeds.
