Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line muffin tin.
- Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Whisk wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Fold wet into dry ingredients; add diced apple and nuts.
- Divide batter into muffin tin, filling ¾ full.
- Bake 20–25 minutes; cool 5 minutes then transfer to wire rack.
Notes
Do not overmix to keep muffins tender and fluffy.
