Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Prepare springform pan.
- Mix crust ingredients and bake briefly until set.
- Prepare apple mixture and set aside.
- Beat cream cheese and sugars until smooth.
- Add eggs, vanilla, sour cream, and cream.
- Pour filling into crust and top with apples.
- Add crumble topping and bake 60–70 minutes.
- Cool completely and chill before serving.
