Ingredients
  

Salad Components
  • 3 medium apples, chopped
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 0.5 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
Creamy Dressing
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Method
 

  1. Whisk Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Chop apples and immediately toss them in the dressing to prevent browning.
  3. Add grapes, celery, and walnuts.
  4. Stir until everything is well coated.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Add dried cranberries or marshmallows for a sweeter variation. Best served chilled.
