Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 jalapeños seeded and diced
  • 2 tbsp green onions sliced
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Mix cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, jalapeños, green onions, and seasonings.
  2. Place filling on eggroll wrappers and roll tightly, sealing edges with water.
  3. Fry, bake, or air fry until golden and crispy.
  4. Drain briefly and serve warm with dipping sauce.
