Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked macaroni
  • 1 cup cheese sauce prepared or homemade
  • 6 strips bacon cooked until crispy
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion diced, optional
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook onion until softened, then add ground beef and seasonings. Cook until browned.
  2. Prepare macaroni and cheese, keeping it warm.
  3. Lay tortilla flat and layer ground beef, bacon, mac 'n' cheese, and shredded cheddar in the center.
  4. Fold sides inward and roll tightly into a wrap.
  5. Toast wrap in skillet or grill pan until golden, 2–3 minutes per side.
  6. Slice in half and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, brush wraps lightly with butter before toasting. Great for meal prep and reheating.
