Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - Blanch green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes, then plunge into ice water and pat dry.
 - Toss beans in olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
 - Divide beans into small bundles and wrap each with a slice of bacon.
 - Arrange on baking sheet and roast 20–25 minutes until bacon is crispy and beans are tender.
 - Serve hot, garnished with a sprinkle of salt or balsamic glaze.
 
Notes
For crispier bacon, pre-bake slices for 5 minutes before wrapping beans.
