- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon together in a large bowl.
- Mix melted butter, egg, milk, and vanilla in another bowl.
- Fold wet ingredients into dry until just combined.
- Fold in blueberries gently.
- Pipe or spoon batter into donut pan, filling ¾ full.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and springy.
- Cool 5 minutes, transfer to wire rack, glaze if desired.
Notes
For best results, use fresh blueberries. If using frozen, coat lightly with flour to prevent sinking.
