Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and paprika.
- Brush glaze generously over each salmon fillet.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily. Garnish and serve warm.
Notes
For a crispier top, broil the salmon for 1–2 minutes at the end. Excellent with roasted vegetables or herbed rice.
