Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut potatoes into wedges of even size.
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil, garlic, garlic powder, salt, pepper, parmesan, and parsley.
- Spread wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
- Optional: Sprinkle extra parmesan and parsley on top.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.

Best served immediately. Can be reheated in oven for 5–10 minutes to restore crispiness.
