Ingredients
  

Potato Wedges
  • 4 large potatoes Yukon Gold or Russet, cut into wedges
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • ½ tsp paprika or chili powder optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut potatoes into wedges of even size.
  3. Toss potato wedges with olive oil, garlic, garlic powder, salt, pepper, parmesan, and parsley.
  4. Spread wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
  6. Optional: Sprinkle extra parmesan and parsley on top.
  7. Serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

Best served immediately. Can be reheated in oven for 5–10 minutes to restore crispiness.
