Ingredients
  

  • 4 lbs beef short ribs bone-in
  • 0.5 cup bourbon
  • 0.33 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cups beef broth

Method
 

  1. Brown short ribs and remove.
  2. Build sauce with onion, bourbon, and balsamic.
  3. Braise ribs until tender.
  4. Reduce sauce and serve.
