Method
- Place chicken, onion, and garlic in slow cooker or pot.
 - Mix BBQ sauce, broth, vinegar, sugar, and spices in a bowl.
 - Pour sauce over chicken, cover, and cook on LOW 6-7 hours or HIGH 3-4 hours.
 - Remove chicken and shred with two forks.
 - Return shredded chicken to sauce and stir well.
 - Toast buns if desired, then assemble sandwiches with toppings.
 - Serve hot with sides like fries or coleslaw.
 
Notes
For spicier sandwiches, add cayenne or hot sauce to the sauce mix. Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 4 days or freeze up to 2 months.
