- Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Blanch broccoli florets for 1–2 minutes until bright green. Drain and set aside.
- Season beef with salt and pepper. Sear in vegetable oil over medium-high heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic and ginger to skillet, sauté until fragrant. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin, sesame oil, and beef broth. Simmer.
- Stir in cornstarch slurry to thicken sauce.
- Return beef and broccoli to skillet. Toss in ramen noodles until well coated.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
For spice lovers, add chili paste or sriracha to the sauce.
