Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheese
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • vegetable oil for frying

Equipment

  • Skillet
  • Tongs
  • Paper towels

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef and drain fat.
  2. Add onion and garlic; cook until soft.
  3. Stir in seasoning and water; simmer.
  4. Fill tortillas with beef and cheese.
  5. Roll tightly into burritos.
  6. Fry until golden and crispy.

Notes

Can be baked or air-fried for lighter version.
