Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups enchilada sauce divided
  • 8 tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

Method
 

  1. Cook onion and ground beef until browned.
  2. Season beef and add enchilada sauce.
  3. Layer sauce, tortillas, beef, and cheese in dish.
  4. Bake covered, then uncovered until bubbly.
