Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Combine breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl and let soak.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix gently until combined.
- Shape mixture into meatballs and place on baking sheet.
- Lightly brush with olive oil.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until cooked through.
Notes
Do not overmix to keep meatballs tender.
