- Slice beef against grain and cut broccoli into bite-sized florets. Mince garlic and ginger.
- Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, water, and sesame oil.
- Heat oil in skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Cook beef 2–3 min until browned. Remove.
- Sauté broccoli 3–4 min until crisp-tender. Add garlic and ginger for 30 sec.
- Return beef to skillet. Pour in sauce and stir 2–3 min until sauce thickens and coats ingredients.
- Serve over steamed rice or noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
Be careful not to overcook beef; stir-fry quickly over high heat for best results.
