Ingredients
  

Enchiladas
  • 3 cups shredded birria beef
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1.5 cups birria consomé

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and grease baking dish.
  2. Warm consomé and soften tortillas.
  3. Fill tortillas with birria and cheese.
  4. Roll and arrange in baking dish.
  5. Top with consomé and cheese, then bake.

Notes

Serve with extra consomé for dipping.
