Ingredients
  

Sausage Gravy Filling
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 tsp black pepper
Biscuit Dough
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 16 oz
  • 1 tbsp melted butter for brushing

Method
 

  1. Cook sausage in skillet until browned.
  2. Add flour and stir, then gradually whisk in milk until thickened.
  3. Cool gravy completely.
  4. Flatten biscuit dough, add gravy, and seal tightly.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Cool gravy before stuffing to prevent leaking during baking.
