  • 1 pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Toppings
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1.5 cups fresh blackberries
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil torn
  • 1 tbsp honey or hot honey for drizzling
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) with a baking sheet or stone inside.
  2. Stretch pizza dough on parchment paper and brush with olive oil.
  3. Mix ricotta with lemon zest, honey, and black pepper.
  4. Spread ricotta mixture over dough, leaving a border.
  5. Add fresh blackberries evenly across the pizza.
  6. Bake 10–14 minutes until crust is golden.
  7. Remove and drizzle with honey.
  8. Top with torn basil leaves and sea salt before serving.

Notes

Use hot honey for a sweet-spicy contrast. Add burrata for an ultra-creamy finish.
