- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) with a baking sheet or stone inside.
- Stretch pizza dough on parchment paper and brush with olive oil.
- Mix ricotta with lemon zest, honey, and black pepper.
- Spread ricotta mixture over dough, leaving a border.
- Add fresh blackberries evenly across the pizza.
- Bake 10–14 minutes until crust is golden.
- Remove and drizzle with honey.
- Top with torn basil leaves and sea salt before serving.
Notes
Use hot honey for a sweet-spicy contrast. Add burrata for an ultra-creamy finish.
