A tropical, non-alcoholic drink made with pineapple juice, coconut cream, and blue curaçao syrup. Perfectly refreshing for summer.

Ingredients
  

Main Drink
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 0.5 cup coconut cream or coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp blue curaçao syrup non-alcoholic
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup optional, to taste
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • pineapple wedge and cherry for garnish

Equipment

  • Blender or shaker
  • Tall glasses
  • Measuring cups

Method
 

  1. Combine pineapple juice, coconut cream, blue curaçao syrup, and ice in a blender or shaker.
  2. Blend for a slushy version or shake well for creamy over-ice version.
  3. Taste and add simple syrup if more sweetness is desired.
  4. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with pineapple wedge and cherry.

Notes

For a frozen mocktail, add extra ice before blending. For a layered look, pour coconut milk slowly over pineapple juice and syrup mixture.
