Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 cup milk whole or 2%
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries lightly dusted with flour
Glaze
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, whisk melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in blueberries carefully.
  6. Spoon or pipe batter into donut pan, filling ¾ full.
  7. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
  9. For glaze, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  10. Dip cooled donuts into glaze, garnish, and let set before serving.

Notes

Add lemon zest for a citrusy twist or sprinkle with shredded coconut for texture.
