Ingredients
  

Cocktail Mix
  • 2 oz cachaça or white rum
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz passionfruit juice or mango juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 cup crushed ice
Garnish
  • 1 wheel lime
  • toasted coconut or passionfruit pulp

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring jigger
  • Citrus juicer
  • Rocks glass

Method
 

  1. Add cachaça, coconut cream, lime juice, passionfruit juice, syrup, and crushed ice to a blender.
  2. Blend until creamy and smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or tanginess as needed.
  4. Pour into chilled rocks glasses.
  5. Garnish with lime, toasted coconut, or passionfruit seeds.
  6. Serve immediately while frosty.

Notes

Substitute mango juice for passionfruit if unavailable. For a mocktail, omit cachaça and add soda water.
