Cheese Ball Base
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
Bruschetta Topping
  • 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil chopped

Method
 

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Mix in cheeses and seasonings.
  3. Shape into a ball and refrigerate.
  4. Prepare bruschetta topping.
  5. Top cheese ball and serve.
