Ingredients
  

Casserole Base
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough cut into pieces
  • 1.5 cups pizza sauce
  • 2.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mini pepperoni
  • 1 cup cooked Italian sausage crumbled
  • 0.5 cup bell peppers diced
  • 0.5 cup onion diced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cut biscuit dough into pieces and place in a large bowl.
  3. Mix biscuit pieces with pizza sauce and seasonings.
  4. Fold in meats, vegetables, and half of the cheese.
  5. Transfer mixture to baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake covered for 25 minutes.
  8. Uncover and bake 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
