Casserole Base
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough quartered
  • 1.5 cups pizza sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup pepperoni sliced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and grease baking dish.
  2. Toss biscuit pieces with pizza sauce and seasonings.
  3. Fold in half the cheese and pepperoni.
  4. Transfer to baking dish and top with remaining cheese and pepperoni.
  5. Bake until golden and biscuits are cooked through.
  6. Rest briefly before serving.
