Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 3 tbsp buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

  • Baking brush

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice cauliflower into ¾–1 inch steaks.
  3. Brush with olive oil and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Brush buffalo sauce over steaks and air fry 2–3 more minutes.
  6. Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve warm.

Adjust sauce spiciness to preference.
