Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 0.5 cup buffalo sauce adjust to taste
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 package puff pastry or biscuit dough
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 egg beaten, for egg wash
  • for garnish chopped parsley or green onions optional

  • Mixing bowl
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Rolling pin

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out puff pastry or biscuit dough and cut into squares.
  4. Spoon chicken mixture onto each square, fold over, and pinch edges to seal.
  5. Brush each bomb with beaten egg.
  6. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake 15–20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  8. Garnish with parsley or green onions.
  9. Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Notes

Adjust spice level with buffalo sauce. Can be made ahead or frozen unbaked for later.
