Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out puff pastry or biscuit dough and cut into squares.
- Spoon chicken mixture onto each square, fold over, and pinch edges to seal.
- Brush each bomb with beaten egg.
- Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake 15–20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Garnish with parsley or green onions.
- Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Notes
Adjust spice level with buffalo sauce. Can be made ahead or frozen unbaked for later.
