Ingredients
  

Pizza Base
  • 1 lb pizza dough homemade or store-bought
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for brushing
  • 2 tbsp cornmeal optional, for dusting
Topping
  • 2 cups shredded chicken breast cooked
  • 0.5 cup Buffalo sauce plus extra for drizzle
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing for drizzle
  • 0.25 cup sliced green onions
  • 0.5 cup red onion slices optional
  • 0.5 cup crumbled blue cheese optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Pizza stone or baking sheet
  • Rolling pin

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Preheat pizza stone if using.
  2. Toss shredded chicken with Buffalo sauce.
  3. Roll out pizza dough into a 12-inch circle and transfer to pan or stone.
  4. Brush with olive oil, spread thin layer of Buffalo sauce, add chicken and cheese.
  5. Bake 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese bubbly.
  6. Drizzle with ranch, sprinkle green onions, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

Adjust Buffalo sauce heat level to taste. Store leftovers in fridge up to 2 days and reheat in oven for best texture.
