Method
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Preheat pizza stone if using.
- Toss shredded chicken with Buffalo sauce.
- Roll out pizza dough into a 12-inch circle and transfer to pan or stone.
- Brush with olive oil, spread thin layer of Buffalo sauce, add chicken and cheese.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese bubbly.
- Drizzle with ranch, sprinkle green onions, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
Adjust Buffalo sauce heat level to taste. Store leftovers in fridge up to 2 days and reheat in oven for best texture.
