Method
 

  1. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  2. Add eggs, cream, vanilla, flour, and salt.
  3. Bake at high heat until deeply caramelized.
  4. Cool and refrigerate before slicing.

The top should look dark and cracked.
