Method
- Cut steak into bite-sized pieces; season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let rest 10–15 minutes.
- Boil rigatoni in salted water until al dente; drain, reserving ½ cup pasta water.
- Heat butter in a skillet; sear steak tips 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Melt butter in the same skillet; sauté garlic 30 seconds. Add heavy cream and simmer 2 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan until melted; add rigatoni and toss to coat.
- Return steak tips to the skillet; add reserved pasta water if needed. Simmer 1–2 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan; serve immediately.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results. Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste for spice level.
