- Cook pasta in salted water according to package. Add broccoli for last 3 minutes. Drain.
- Melt butter in skillet, whisk in flour, cook 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in warm milk until thickened.
- Stir in cheddar, Parmesan, garlic powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add pasta and broccoli to sauce. Toss to coat. Serve warm.
Notes
Best served immediately. For meal prep, store in airtight container and reheat with a splash of milk.
