Ingredients
  

Corn Mixture
  • 2 cups corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 eggs large
  • 0.25 cup green onions chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and grease baking dish.
  2. Combine corn, cheddar, and butter in a bowl.
  3. Whisk eggs, cream, flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Fold egg mixture into corn mixture, add green onions.
  5. Transfer to baking dish and bake 35–40 minutes until golden.

Notes

Allow casserole to cool slightly before serving for better slicing.
