Method
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Cook in skillet with 1 tbsp butter until fully cooked, 6–8 minutes per side. Shred.
- Melt remaining 1 tbsp butter in skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté 1–2 minutes. Toss shredded chicken in garlic butter.
- Lay tortillas flat. Place chicken in center, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan, add optional veggies.
- Fold sides inward and roll tightly. Toast in skillet or air fryer at 370°F (185°C) for 3–5 minutes until golden and cheese melts.
- Slice in half, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
Optional additions enhance flavor. Avoid overstuffing for even toasting.
