Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2.25 tsp instant yeast
  • 1.25 cups warm water
  • 0.25 cup olive oil plus more for pan
  • 1 tsp salt
Topping
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 0.5 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped

Method
 

  1. Mix flour, yeast, salt, water, and olive oil to form dough.
  2. Cover and let rise until doubled.
  3. Transfer dough to oiled pan and rest.
  4. Dimple dough and add toppings.
  5. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20–25 minutes.
